No matter what your background in diving is, this course will open your mind to a whole new underwater experience. You will learn the basic theory of Freediving and how to prepare yourself for a breath-hold dive. This course is designed to be an introduction to freediving for the complete beginner. It aims to help the student to develop basic skills, knowledge and safety procedures necessary to enjoy freediving safely within the limits of their experience.

The Molchanovs Freediving Education System is the most modern and comprehensive freediving system to date. It is highly regarded by the world’s top freedivers and in this two-day Level 1 course, you will gain water confidence, learn how to safely dive in one breath to 12-20 meters, and use new conscious breathing techniques to achieve optimal health and wellness. Designed for beginners or experienced divers seeking to improve their technique, understand physiology related to breath-holding, and learn how to correctly rescue other divers.

On day 1, we will cover freediving concepts and skills, and then practice them in the pool. On day 2, we go to the ocean for depth!

This course is located along Southeast Queensland; we either depart from Fingal Head, or Brunswick Heads Boat Harbour.
